At IAP, we place a great deal of emphasis on community involvement.
From our newest employee through to our most seasoned senior manager, IAP encourages all employees to participate in community volunteering. We take pride in the fact that the Company and its employees contribute time and money to different causes and organizations, both corporately and in their communities.
Volunteer activities enrich the lives of our employees as well as the communities in which we live and work. IAP’s Volunteer Policy offers employees the opportunity to donate up to 18 hours of their work time to an IAP voluntary activity. We also have an Employee Involvement Fund for sponsorship of external volunteer organizations in which our employees are involved.
We believe in developing and maintaining relationships with organizations who share our values. IAP supports the United Way campaign cancer research through Relay for Life and Light the Night, and many others.
IAP employees have set up committees within the Company to encourage employee participation in fundraising, fitness, a healthy workplace, environmental initiatives and having fun. IAP follows sustainable environmental practices such as recycling, energy efficiency and minimizing waste.
