At IAP, we place a great deal of emphasis on Community involvement!
Volunteerism is a quality IAP values, and encourages its employees to develop, from our newest employee through to our seasoned senior manager. We take pride in the fact that the Company and its employees contribute time and money to different causes and organizations, corporately and in their communities.
Volunteer activities enrich the lives of our employees and those in the communities in which we live and work. IAP’s generous Volunteer Policy offers employees the opportunity to donate up to 18 hours of their work time to an IAP voluntary activity. We also have an Employee Involvement Fund for sponsorship of external volunteer organizations our employees are involved in.
IAP is also very involved in the United Way campaign, cancer research through Relay for Life, Light the Night to support Lymphoma & Leukaemia research, etc. We believe in developing and maintaining relationships with organizations who share our values.
There are committees within the company that encourage employee participation, such as the Community Involvement Committee, the Healthy Workplace Committee, Employee Involvement, the Special Events Committee, the Green Committee and the Employee Fundraising Committee.
We also try to do our part in helping our planet by recycling paper, equipment and technology, to our employees and within our communities.
