Through monthly and quarterly newsletters, regular meetings between Managers, all staff meetings with the President, department meetings and orientation sessions for new employees we try to keep our employees up to date about our results, activities, changes, benefits and working conditions.
Our Vancouver Head Office is located in beautiful Kitsilano, easily accessible by car, bus or bike and is just a few blocks from the beach. There are numerous places to shop and to eat within a short walking distance (4th Avenue and Broadway). We have a lunchroom at our employees’ disposal as well as an exercise room and a racquetball court (which is also where our company wallyball leagues compete!), change and shower rooms, bicycle racks, under ground parking and and Internet library.
Workstations have been designed to accommodate individual work as well as teamwork while giving as much access as possible to windows so that everybody can see the sun and mountains.
We also have different events such as a company paid Festive Season lunch, an annual summer event, a golf tournament, different fundraising activities, monthly jeans days, and we also hold a Christmas party for our employees children who wish to participate. |
