It has come to IAP's attention that its name is being used in conjunction with various Unauthorized Entities in the sale of credit insurance.

Please be advised that:

1. IAP is not affiliated or contracted with the Unauthorized Entities in any way;
2. The use of our name or trademark is unauthorized; and
3. IAP will not accept any liability for any payments made to the Unauthorized Entities.

At present, IAP is aware of the following Unauthorized Entities:

• Fidelity Investment
• First Federal Lending Corp.
• Firstmark Lending
• Premium Lending Firm
• Rebuild Credit Online
• World Wide Lending
